Kushtia: BNP has both explicit and implicit solidarity with militants, says Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu.

The minister, also president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD), said this while talking to journalists on the sidelines of a meeting with his party workers at his Golap Nagar residence in Bheramara.

He said that the recent killing of two foreigners was being investigated into. ‘I believe it is part of a deep-rooted conspiracy. It will be clear who were involved with the killings when the police produce the real culprits before the masses,’ Inu said.

‘Hopefully, the mystery would be revealed soon,’ he said.

Later, the minister inaugurated the new power lines for hundreds of villagers in two villages, Juniad and Parankhali.

Regarding the new connections, the minister said ‘One of our predecessors had tried to fool the nation by setting up electricity poles only.’
