Dhaka: A labour was killed and four others were injured as a boundary wall collapsed in Bangshal area of Dhaka on Saturday afternoon.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Bangshal police officer-in-charge Kuddus Fakir said, the dilapidated wall broke down on 31 Abul Hasnat road at about 3:30pm while some hired labourers of Dhaka South City Corporation digging soil of an abandoned land of DSCC, leaving one dead on the spot and four others injured.

The injured were admitted to Mitford Hospital.
