Dhaka: A construction worker died after falling from an under-construction building in Hosni Dalan area of Dhaka on Friday.

Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

The Chawkbazar police said the worker, a resident of Gaibandha, fell down from a 10-storey under-construction building while working in it in the morning and was critically injured.

Later he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
