Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina ordered the officials of law ministry to take immediate steps to ensure exemplary punishment to arsonists.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina told this while visiting the secretariat on Sunday.

The prime minister accused that Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has chosen the method of killing citizens as it failed to gain support for movement against the government from international arena.

She also said those who are killing people by firebombing, are now threatening with grenade attacks.

Earlier, law minister Anisul Haque and the secretary of the ministry Abu Saleh SK Mohammad Zahirul Haque welcomed the prime minster at the secretariat.
