Ctg crude bomb blast kills man

Chittagong: A man was killed in a crude bomb blast in the city’s Chandgaon area on Wednesday night.

The victim was identified as Mohammad Ridwan, 50, of the area.

Nayek Mohammad Jahangir at the Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) police camp said miscreants set off a crude bomb in C&B area under Chandgaon Police Station at about 7:00pm, leaving pedestrian Ridwan injured.

Locals whisked him off to the CMCH where he succumbed to his injuries around 9:45pm.
