Dhaka: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) chairperson Khaleda Zia has convened a meeting with the party’s senior leaders tonight.

Among other issues, The BNP chief is expected to discuss the forthcoming municipality elections with her party leaders, BNP chairperson’s office media wing member Sayrul Kabir Khan told NTV Online.

The meeting with the standing committee members will be held at Khaleda Zia’s Gulshan office in Dhaka at 8:30pm.

The media wing member said Khaleda Zia will meet the outgoing Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Pankaj Saran at her office at about 6:45pm.
