BSF picks Bangladeshi up from Naogaon border

Naogaon: Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) picked a Bangladeshi up from Hapania border point in Sapahar upazila of Naogaon early on Friday.
Commander of Hapania BGB camp, Nayek Subedar Abdur Razzak, said Shahidul Islam, in his twenties, resident of Prosha upazila went to the bordering area early in the morning.
The BSF men from Kedaripara camp caught Shahidul and took away him while he was reportedly trying to cross the border.
Meanwhile, a letter has been sent to the BSF for holding a flag meeting in this connection.
With this one, five Bangladeshi nationals were taken away by BSF troops over the last three days from Kalmudanga and Hapania border areas in Sapahar upazila of the district, said Baogaon-14 BGB Commanding officer Lt Col Khijir Khan.
