Dhaka: A total of 11,846 examinees have passed Firday's (July 21) multiple choice question (MCQ) exam for Bangladesh Bar Council enrollment.

A bar council notice signed by its secretary Mohammad Anisur Rahman said this.

According to bar council sources, around 34 thousand examinees have taken part in the hour-long exam. Officials concerned said the number of examinees is much higher this year as the exam did not take place in 2016. 

The successful candidates now will be able to take part in written exam, followed by viva.
