Satkhira: Workers of an ice-ream factory have allegedly pushed an ice-cream into the rectum of a minor boy at Dangipara in the district town.

The victim was identified as Dablu Miah, 9, son of Bablu Miah of Dagnipara.

Meanwhile, police arrested two workers -- Shamim Hossain, 15, son of Noor Hossain in Bramarapur, and Nazmul Hossain, 15, son of Shafiqul Islam of Suparighata in Sadar upazila -- over the incident.

Officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Maruf Ahmed said Dablu used to go to 'Ashik Super Ice-cream Factory' located at Dangipara in the district town very often to have ice-cream free of cost.

Like other days, when Dablu went to the factory on Thursday night, the two factory workers -- Shamim and Nazmul -- inserted an ice cream into his rectum.

Hearing the boy's screams, locals rushed in and took the boy to Sadar Hospital where he was given first aid.

On information, a police team visited the spot and arrested the two workers, the OC said.
