Juba League leader shot
Dhaka: A Juba League leader suffered bullet injury in an attack by miscreants at Matikata in the capital’s Cantonment area on Friday night, reports United News of Bangladesh.
The injured is Ibrahim Hossain, organizing secretary of ward no 15 unit of Juba League, the youth wing of ruling Awami League (AL).
Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) authorities said a group of miscreants fired bullets at Ibrahim when he opened the door of his rented house ‘Dwipkunja’ at Matikata in Cantonment area after hearing the ring of calling bell at about 10:40pm, leaving him injured.
Later, he was admitted to DMCH with bullet injury in the waist.
