A mobile court fined a 17-year-old man Tk10,000 for trying to cast a fake vote during election in Gangni municipality on Wednesday.

The accused was identified as Md. Rasel.

The court caught Rasel while he was trying to cast fake vote in Chowgachha Government Primary School polling station in the morning.

Later, the court led by assistant commissioner (Land) Rahat Mannan fined Rasel Tk10,000.
