Chittagong: The people of the country casted their votes for Awami League without any fear, says Chittagong city unit Awami League president and former city mayor ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury.

Mohiuddin came up with the remark on Tuesday while addressing a rally at the Shaheed Minar premises in the city marking the ‘Victory Day for Democracy’ observed by Awami League.

‘We did not bow down to militancy. People casted their votes for us freely and without any fear,’ he said.
