Sylhet: A case has been filed against ten unidentified people in connection with the killing of two employees of the food manufacturing company, Banoful.

Masud Pervez, brother of Raju Miah, one of the victims, filed the case with Shahparan Police Station on Friday night, said Nizam Uddin, officer-in-charge of the police station, reports UNB.

Besides, protesting the murder incident, workers of different factories, and members of Hotel Shramik Union blocked the Sylhet-Tamabil road in Khadimnagar BSCIC area at about 10:00am on Saturday morning.

Hotel Shramik Union general secretary Mohammad Sadik said they would go for tougher movement if the killers were not arrested immediately.

Police said three people were arrested on Friday night for their suspected involvement in the killing incident.

Earlier, two employees--Raju, 19, son of Harunur Rashid of Hajiganj of Chandpur, and Tabuk Miah, 20, of Shariatpur, of Banoful & Co Ltd, a food manufacturing company, were hacked to death and another youth suffered injuries in an attack by miscreants in Khadimnagar BSCIC area on Friday.
