Dhaka: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is addressing the nation now marking the completion of two years of her government after the 5 January national election in 2014.

The address is simultaneously being broadcast by Bangladesh Television, Bangladesh Betar as well as private TV channels and radio stations.

On this day in 2014, the Awami League government, led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, took office for the second consecutive term winning the last general election held on 5 January 2014.
