Natore: Police recovered a body of a transport worker from the beneath of a bridge in Dattapara area in Sadar upazila on Tuesday morning.

The deceased is Babul Sheikh, a transport worker and a resident of Mokrampur village of the upazila.

Rubel Uddin, sub-inspector of Natore Sadar Police Station, said locals spotted the floating body of Babul on the bottom of the Dattapara bridge and informed police.

Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Natore Sadar Hospital morgue.
