Chittagong: Two people were killed in separate accidents in the Port City on Tuesday.

A youth was killed in a road accident as Chittagong-bound bus ‘Ena’ from Cox’s Bazar ran over him in Hashmoter Dokan area in Satkania of Chittagong.

The deceased is Nurul Amin, about 24 years old, son of Nurul Islam hailed from Afzal Nagar area of the upazila.

Meanwhile, in Sitakunda, Mizan, about 20 years old, a worker died as he slipped away while painting a four-story building in Fahim Ship Breaking Yard at Kumira union in the morning.

The bodies were sent to Chittagong Medical College and Hospital morgue, said constable of CMC Police Camp Amir.
