Dhaka: Weather is likely to remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in next 24 hours till 6pm tomorrow (Tuesday).

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country, Met Office said.

Mild cold wave is sweeping over the regions of Tangail, Sitakunda, Srimangal, Badalgachhi, Dinajpur & Rajarhat and it may abate.

Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The sun sets in the capital tomorrow at 05:35pm and rises on Wednesday at 06:43am.

Country’s highest temperature 28.0 degree Celsius was recorded on Monday in Sitakunda and Teknaf and lowest 08.7 degrees in Srimangal.
