2 men killed in Dhaka train crash
Dhaka: Two unidentified men were killed crashed under the wheels of a train in two separate accidents at Khilkhet and Airport area on Friday morning.
The Dhaka railway police assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Mohammad Rabiullah said a forty-year-old man was killed on the spot after being hit by Chittagong-bound Sonar Bangla Express near Khilkhet rail gate. The deceased was in jeans shirt and check-print lungi.
On the other hand, another man of around 25 years old was killed after being hit by Dhaka-bound Sirajganj Express at Airport Railway station. The police said the deceased was in full-sleeve shirt and check-print lungi.
Police said they are trying to identify the bodies. However, the bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
