AL strong at grassroots to win election: Quader

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader on Saturday said his party is organisationally very strong at the grassroots to win the next general election.
He was talking to reporters after visiting the BRTC bus depot at Mohammadpur in Dhaka.
Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, expressed his optimism that the new and women voters will cast their votes in favour of Awami League in the next general election, reports the BSS.
Party’s organisational strength at grassroots will play a vital role to bring a win for his party again in the next general elections, he added.
Expressing his hope that the election will be held in a free, fair and neutral manner, the minister said BNP will have to accept the public refusal in the next election.
AL joint general secretary Advocate Jahangir Kabir Nanak and BRTC Chairman Farid Ahmed Bhuiyan were present on the occasion, among others.
