Dhaka: Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over the Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and in some areas in Faridpur and Dhaka districts on Wednesday.

Weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, the Meteorology Office said on Tuesday.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The sun sets in the capital on Wednesday at 6:02pm and rises on Thursday at 6:17am.

The country’s highest temperature, 34.4 degrees Celsius, was recorded on Tuesday in Khepupara and the lowest, 16.0 degrees, in Rangpur.
