Dhaka: Motaleb Hossain, personal officer (PO) of Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, has reportedly gone missing from the capital.

Motaleb left his residence in Green Road area around 4pm and his mobile phone was found switched off since then, said Arfazur Rahman, senior information officer of the ministry.

Motaleb’s brother filed a general diary with Hazaribagh Police Station in this regard.

According to the GD, Motaleb left home for going to Basila area to look after the work of his under-construction multi-storied building on Saturday and did not return home at night, said Officer-in-Charge of Hazaribagh police station Meer Alimuzzaman.
