Dhaka: Muggers stabbed a man to death near Saidabad rail track in Dhaka early on Friday.

A gang of muggers attacked Ibrahim, in his thirties, resident of Khulna as he started moving after getting down from a bus around 4:30am and stabbed him indiscriminately, leaving him critically injured, said Bachchu Miah, a sub inspector (SI) at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) police outpost.

Ibrahim was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead around 6:00am.
