Dhaka: The Bangladesh Public Service Commission or BPSC has published the results of the preliminary examination of the 38th edition of Bangladesh Civil Service or BCS.

A total of 16,286 job-seekers have qualified for written tests, BPSC Chairman Mohammad Sadiq told the NTV Online on Wednesday.

He said they would publish the schedule for the written test later.

The candidates can get the results by typing ‘BCS<space>38<space>registration number’ and send an SMS from a Teletalk number to 16222.

The commission will appoint 2,024 public servants, including 300 posts in the administration and 100 in police, through the 38th BCS.
