Two people, including daughter of former state minister for Youth and Sports M Ahad Ali Sarker, were injured in an attack by miscreants at his residence at Kanaikhali in Natore town on Tuesday night, reported UNB.

M Ahad Ali Sarker said a gang of miscreants suddenly carried out an attack on his house and beat up his daughter Mousumi Parveen and caretaker of the house Babu Sheikh at about 9:00pm, leaving them injured.

A general diary was filed with Sadar Police Station.
