Pabna: Police recovered a throat-slit body of a man near his house at Kuladi village of Bharara union in Sadar upazila in Pabna on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Rashid Biswas, son of late Wahid Ali Biswas of the village.

Abdur Raja Bahadur, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said that being informed by the local people, police recovered the body from nearby the deceased’s pond and sent it to Pabna General Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Abdur Rashid might be killed as a sequel to previous enmity, added the OC.
