A colourful cycle procession participated by thousands of cyclists of different ages was brought out in the city on the occasion of the 48th Independence Day.
The procession tilted ‘Independence Day Ride-2018’, was arranged by BD Cyclists, a Facebook-based group of cyclists, reports the UNB.
It started from Manik Miah Avenue around 8:10am with participation of 6,000 bicyclists.
It ended at Manik Miah Avenue after parading Bijoy Sarani, Prime Minister’s office area, Police Plaza and Hatirjheel , said the organisers.
