Mymensingh: A man was stabbed to death allegedly by his wife following a family feud at Bagajan village in Bhaluka upazila of Mymensingh early on Friday.

The Bhaluka Model police said Billal Hossain, believed to be 27, locked into an argument with his wife Murshida Begum over family affairs.

At one stage, Murshida hit Billal with a sharp weapon, leaving him critically injured.

Hearing screams, local people went to the spot and found Billal lying on the floor in a pool of blood.

Later, he died on his way to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.

Police arrested Murshida in this connection.
