Savar: Police recovered the bodies of two men from Kamalapur and Kaundia areas of Birulia of Savar on Sunday morning.

Chand Miah, in his forties, a rickshaw puller allegedly committed suicide by taking poison at Kamalapur village on Saturday night.

Later, he was rushed to Enam Medical College Hospital where the doctors declared him dead.

Besides, Abdul Alim, in his thirties, son of Sultan Mia, allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan of his room in Kaundia area at night.

Being informed, police recovered the bodies, said sub-inspector Dipankar Roy of Savar Model Police Station.
