36th BCS preliminary result published

Dhaka: Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published the result of 36th BCS preliminary examinations.
The result was out on Wednesday, with 13,830 candidates passing the preliminary test, which was held on 8 January, according to a commission notice.
The schedule for the next phase in the BCS recruitment, written exams, will be issued later, said a BPSC official.
The 8-January preliminary test was taken by 2, 11,326 candidates.
The commission issued the circular of 36th BCS to appoint 2,180 first class government officers earlier on 31 May last year.
