Dhaka: The throat-slit body of a security guard of an ATM booth of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) was found in cantonment area of Dhaka on Monday morning.

The deceased was identified as Towhidul Islam Nurun Nabi, in his twenties.

Local people found the throat-silt body of Nurun Nabi around 9:30am at the ATM booth near cantonment post office and informed police.

Later, police recovered the body.
