Rajshahi: A 13-year old boy was killed and another injured when a passengers’ bus knocked them down in Palpara area under Motiher Police station in the city this afternoon, BSS reported quoting police and hospital sources.

The deceased was identified as Limon, son of Nobab Ali of the nearby Kapasia area. The injured boy identified as Skakil, 10, son of Rabiul Islam, was admitted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH).

Quoting eyewitnesses police sources said the boys met the road accident while they were going to take part in private tuition class riding on bicycle around 4.30 pm. After knocking those down the bus fall in the roadside ditch.

Local people rushed them to the RMCH immediately where the attending doctors declared Limon dead.
