Chapainawabganj: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh recovered two firearms, pistols and bullets from Shibirer intersection in Sadar upazila early Monday.

A patrol team of BGB conducted a drive in the around 1:30am and challenged a bicyclist carrying a bag, said a BGB press release, reports the UNB.

Sensing the danger, the bycyclist fled away leaving his bicycle and bag.

Later, the BGB members recovered the two pistols, two magazines and eight rounds of bullet from the bag.
