Dhaka: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested two people in connection with publishing fake news after creating fake websites of Prothom Alo and other national newspapers from Tongi in Gazipur and Mohammadpur areas on Thursday, reports the UNB.

The identities of the arrestees have not been disclosed yet.

Tipped off, a team of Rab-2 conducted separate drives at Tongi in Gazipur and Mohammadpur area and arrested two people for making false report by creating many fake websites.
