Dhaka: Viqarunnisa Noon School and College principal, 2 other teachers were sued over ‘instigating suicide’ of ninth grader Aritry Adhikary.

The victim’s father Dilip Adhikary filed the case accusing the institution’s Principal Naznin Ferdous, Bailey road branch chief Jinat Ara and class teacher Hasna Hena, Shiblee Noman, additional deputy commissioner (Motijheel Zone) of DMP said.

The case was filed with Paltan Police Station around 8:00pm, a day after Aritry hanged herself in her house after she was scolded by her teachers over plagiarism in tests.
