Dhaka: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived at Bangabhaban on Thursday afternoon to meet President Abdul Hamid after her party’s massive victory in the 11th parliamentary election.

Abdul Hamid welcomed Hasina, also the Awami League President, at the President House at 4:20pm, reports the UNB.

This is the very first meeting of the Prime Minister with the President after Awami League’s absolute victory in the national election held on December 30.
