Dhaka: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested four suspected members of banned militant outfit Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT) from different parts of the city early Friday.

Tipped off, a team of Rab-1 conducted drive in different parts of the city and arrested them, said Assistant director of Rab-1 senior ASP Mizanur Rahman, reports the UNB.

The arrestees were involved in a plot to kill some renowned personalities and online activists.

A press briefing will be held over the arrest today, he said.
