Munshiganj: The ferry services on Shimulia-Kathalbari route resumed on Monday morning after four hours of suspension due to poor visibility caused by thick fog.

The ferry movement was suspended from at 4:00am due to poor visibility, said Abdus Salam Miah, manager of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) of Kathalbari port, reports the UNB.

However, the ferry services resumed around 8 am as the fog started disappearing.
