A 4.1 magnitude earthquake shook the capital and other parts of Bangladesh on Tuesday.

The epicentre of the quake to near Gazipur, Dhaka (Lat.:24.05 °N, Long.:90.60 °E, 37 kilometres North-East of BMD Seismic Centre at Agargaon, said Mominul Islam, a meteorologist of Dhaka met office.

The tremor was felt at 10:50am, he added.
