Dhaka: Police on Wednesday submitted a charge sheet against six accused in the case for killing schoolboy Mohammad Abdullah in Keraniganj, reports local news agency.

The accused are—M Khorshed Alam, Mehedi Hasan Shamim, Mitu Akter, Kaykobad, Nasima Begum, and Jahirul Islam.

The Keraniganj model police sub-inspector Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, also investigation officer of the case, submitted the charge sheet to the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s Court in the morning.

Besides, 30 people have been made witnesses in the charge sheet.

On 2 February, police recovered the body of M Abdullah, around 11 years, a class-five student of Mugarchar Government Primary School and son of Mohammad Badol Hossain, from a plastic drum at a house in Mugarchar area, four days after his abduction.
