Dhaka: Cyber security expert Tanvir Hasan Zoha, who went missing on 17 March, found in the airport area of Dhaka on Wednesday morning.

It has been known that, the law enforcers handed over Zoha, an official of an IT-related non-governmental organisation, to his family members.

Earlier, on 19 March, Zoha’s wife reported he had disappeared after being abducted from a motor rickshaw in the early hours of 17 March. He had met police on 15 March and told the media he knew three user IDs used for the heist.

They also alleged that several police stations refused to register a general diary in this regard.

The hackers swindled out the amount from the Bangladesh Bank’s account with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York last month. The sensational heist surfaced after a Philippines newspaper published a report on it.
