Jhenaidah: Police arrested a young man along with five crude bombs and bomb making materials from College Para area in Kaliganj upazila on Monday, reports UNB.

Kaliganj police officer-in-charge Anwar Hossain said tipped off, a team of police conducted a raid on the house of Habibur Rahman, 30, son of Ansar Ali, in the area and arrested him in the morning.

The law enforcers recovered five bombs and bomb making materials after searching the house.

A case was filed in this connection.
