Pickets set fire to a bus at DIT road of Malibagh Chowdhury Para in the capital on Tuesday morning during the 72-hour hartal enforced by BNP-led 20-Party Alliance.

Khilgaon fire station unit senior station officer Nazrul Islam said miscreants set a Munshiganj-bound ‘’Prochesta Paribahan’’ bus on fire at about 7:00am.

Fire fighters rushed in and doused the flame, he said.

No casualties were reported, he added.
