Dhaka: Diplomats stationed in Dhaka assembled at state guesthouse Padma on Tuesday morning to attend Foreign Ministry’s briefing on the current situation.

Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali will brief the diplomats.

The briefing began at about 11:10am.

Ambassadors and High Commissioners from the USA, UK, Japan, Italy, India, Pakistan, Switzerland and Brazil have already arrived at the venue.

UN Resident Coordinator in Dhaka and representatives from UN agencies are also present there.
