Mymensingh: Three women of a family died after eating bread at Trishal in Mymensingh on Thursday morning.

The deceased are Nazma, Dilruba, and Bithi.

The family and hospital authorities said eight members of a family became sick after eating breads which were brought from a local confectionary.
They were admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, where three died undergoing treatment.

Saiful Islam, vendor of the confectionary was held from Badamia village of the upazila, said the police.   

MMCH doctor Hanif Mohammad said primarily it is thought three persons died due to food poisoning.

Five persons are out of danger now, said the doctor.
