Police arrested 20 men, including two leaders of Islami Chhatra Shibir, from Khilgaon area of Dhaka South city early Tuesday, as part of the ongoing countrywide anti-militant drive.

A team of Khilgaon Police Station conducted the drive in Khilgaon A block area and arrested 20 men along with the Khilgaon thana Shibir president and secretary, said Masudur Rahman, deputy commissioner (media) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police.

Police also seized huge jihadi (religious uprising) books, a computer, seven crude bombs and four machetes.
