Dhaka: The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday sought information on syllabuses, modules of examinations in public and private Teachers’ Training Colleges (TTCs) and documents on how these institutes are managed, reports BSS.

A five-member Appellate Division panel headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha issued the order, asking the state to submit report in this regard within two weeks.

The apex court came up with the order while holding hearing on a leave to appeal plea filed by the state against a High Court order.

Deputy attorney general Amatul Karim moved the plea for the state.
