Dhaka: A man was killed as a bus hit him in Dhaka’s Motijheel Shapla Chattar area on Sunday morning, reports UNB.

The deceased is Haji Abdul Ohab Khan, resident from Babuganj upazila in Barisal. He used to live in Maniknagar area under Mughda thana in Dhaka.

Bacchu Miah, Sub-inspector of Dhaka Medical College police camp, said a BRTC bus ran over Ohab while he was crossing the road in the area at about 11:30am.

Bacchu was rushed to DMCH where he succumbed to his injuries at about 12:45 pm.
