Rajshahi: Police in drive arrested 34 people including five Islami Chhatra Shibir activists from different areas of Dhaka on Sunday night.

The arrestees are Kamruzzaman, Mohammad Raihanuzzaman, Mohammad Rokunuzzaman, Mohammad Marfuzzaman, and SM Shahruzzaman Rinku, reports UNB.

Teams of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) conducted the drives at night and arrested 15 from Boalia, nine from Rajpara, seven from Motihar and three from Shahmokhdum areas of the city, said in a press release of RMP.

The arrestees include 20 warranted accused, five Shibir activists and one drug peddler.
