Dhaka: A construction worker died after falling from an under-construction building in Dhaka’s Badda area early on Wednesday.

The deceased is Mohammad Rafiq, a resident of Laksam upazila in Comilla, reports UNB.

Badda Police Sub-inspector Nasir said Rafiq fell down from a six-storey under-construction building of DIT Project in the area while working in it at about 5:30am.

Later he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
