Sylhet: Three policemen of Bishwanath Police Station were closed to Sylhet district police lines on Wednesday for negligence of duty.

The closed policemen are Kamal Ahmed, assistant sub-inspector and two constables Samad Miah and Nasima Begum.

Abdul Hye, officer-in-charge of the police station, said Ruhul Amin, an accused of a robbery case, fled the police station for their negligence of duty.

Later Habibur Rahman, sub-inspector of the police station, filed a case in this connection.
